Bridge Bay Campground
Lodging Type: In-Park Campground
Price Tier: $
The largest campground in Yellowstone, Bridge Bay sits on the shore of Yellowstone Lake, with a marina right nearby for anyone bringing a boat or wanting to book a scenic lake cruise. Sites offer flush toilets and potable water, no hookups, and the sheer size of this campground means it’s often one of the better bets for finding availability even when smaller campgrounds elsewhere in the park are fully booked. Its lakeside setting and proximity to both Lake Village and the Hayden Valley (excellent for wildlife viewing) make it a strong, central base for exploring the park’s southern loop.
