Sliding Sands (Keonehe'ehe'e) Trail to Halemau'u Trail

Leave a Comment / By /
Overview:

The essential Haleakalā crater hike — a one-way point-to-point trail crossing the volcanic crater floor, past cinder cones and Silverswords, with a steep final climb to the rim. Firsthand-verified by Gretchen as one of her family’s Hawaii highlights, requiring a car shuttle or hitchhike-style ride between trailheads.
