Texas Spring Campground
Lodging Type: In-Park Campground
Price Tier: $
Set on a low rise just above Furnace Creek, Texas Spring offers slightly more shade and a quieter feel than the larger campground below, while still being close enough to walk to Furnace Creek’s services. Sites are generator-friendly with vault toilets, no hookups, and — like the rest of the park’s lower-elevation campgrounds — this is strictly a cool-season destination, typically open from around October through April. Its elevated position gives a bit of a view over the valley, a small but real upgrade over camping down in Furnace Creek proper, without sacrificing the convenience of nearby amenities.
